All of our on-line products are offered to companies (restaurants, hotels and retail shops). We invite all private individuals to purchase our products in Makro stores located all over Poland.

Registration

You will need to register with us before you start shopping on our website: >>registration . Please enter your company’s registered details including a Value Added Tax Identification Number (NIP) and a National Business Registry Number (REGON) into the data-entry from on you account. Once you have registered please send us an attestation certifying that you carry a business or a KRS attestation to or alternatively fax to (23) 662 69 25. This will enable us to enter your business into our customer database so we can make out invoices for you or deliver purchased goods to you.

Orders

Once you have registered your company in our database simply select the required products to add them to your cart. Once your order has been placed a conformation email will be sent to you. We will then contact you with further detailed information about the delivery date. If your company’s registration details are not complete then regrettably your order cannot be fulfilled.

Terms of delivery / Distribution

The ordered products are delivered by Elkopol SP z o.o. or via a partner courier company. The delivery charge will depend on the orders’ value and weight. Orders of 350zl and above are free of charge. Orders below 350zl will cost 30zl.

The cost of product delivery beyond Warsaw is dependent on the weight of the purchased goods and the value of the order. Orders of 500zl and above weighing 10kg or above are free of charge. Orders below 500zl weighing 10kg or above will cost 45zl (delivered via courier).

Order Processing

Goods will be delivered on the next business day following an order (except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays).  Goods will be delivered beyond Warsaw within 2 days of the order being placed if they were ordered between Monday and Wednesday. Goods ordered between Thursday and Saturday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
