SINCE 2008 ELKOPOL LTD. HAS BEEN PRODUCING HIGH QUALITY BEEF FOR INTERNATIONAL MARKETS.
We produce according to Quality Meat Program (QMP) which is an European beef quality assured scheme. System standards developed by Polish Beef Association (breeders and scientists) regulate each stage of the production process. QMP system was recognized by the Polish Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development as RR-oz-kz-076-636/08(355) domestic food quality system.

Our farmers are professionals and passionate. They know what is best for their animals and make every effort to ensure the highest standards of cattle wellbeing.
We believe this pursuit of perfection starts with superior genetics. TENDER beef is produced from the best beef cattle breeds such as Angus, Hereford, Charolais, Simental and Limousin.
Our cattle spend their lives roaming freely, mostly in green, rich pastures of central Poland. All farmers are fully trained in animal husbandry. We do not use hormone growth promotants. We only administer antibiotics to single animals when necessary for treatment.
Calves stay longer with mothers to guarantee better immunological system and natural growth. Our specialist nutritionists work hard to ensure our cattle receive the perfect balance of energy, protein, minerals and vitamins. Final excellent marbling comes from high energy grain finish.
We take steps to minimize stress while transportation. We try to keep it as short as possible and ensure that animals know each other. Cattle always have enough time to rest after transportation.
For the most delicate and tender beef our production requires young age of slaughter. Maximum age of slaughter for bulls is 18 months, and for heifers up to 24 months.
Quality control includes the examination of: meat color, marbling, ossification and pH.
Aging process lasts for minimum of 14 days after slaughter.
We guarantee full transparency of production and complete product identification. With detailed documentation and labeling, the customer has full information about the exact origin of every bought cut.
